About us

Working with a team of dedicated staff and volunteers, we offer three-day food parcels tailored to household size, along with compassionate support, signposting, and referrals to partner services. Our project is about restoring dignity, hope, and stability to those facing financial crisis and food insecurity.

We operate a central hub in Tollgate Stanway and have 10 satellite centres across Colchester to ensure help is accessible throughout the community. Our aim is not only to relieve immediate hunger but also to tackle the underlying causes of poverty and hardship. 

We are part of a nationwide community of food banks, supported by Trussell, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
